Cover Page Artists, the artist roster of Cover Page Agency. Version of 7 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Capital Prime FZE, trading as Cover Page Agency, a Dubai free zone company licensed for events and artist booking, serving clients in the UAE, Italy, Europe and worldwide, is the controller of the data you give us on this platform. Contact for anything about your data: info@coverpageagency.com.

2. What we collect

Profile: first and last name, stage name, date of birth, gender (talent only), specialty, acts and skills, city and country you live in, nationality, markets you work in or are open to, kind of work, roles you are open to, languages, height, links, bio. Creative crew: portfolio, gear and software, way of working, turnaround, licences. Optional and private: work authorisation and rate range. Contact: email, phone, Instagram, Telegram. Media: your photos in high resolution and links to your videos. Account: your password, stored only as a secure hash, your consents with date, time and version, your job applications and missions.

We do not ask for health, religion, political opinions or other sensitive data: please do not put them in your bio or files.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

  • Review your profile, match you to our jobs, propose and book you. Basis: steps you ask for before a contract and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6.1.b; UAE Federal Decree Law 45 of 2021).
  • Check you are 18 or older (date of birth) and which permits a booking needs (nationality, residence, work authorisation). Basis: contract and legal obligations on event permits, social security and tax (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
  • Show your profile, photos and videos to a client when we propose you. Basis: contract and your licence in the Artist Terms, section 3.3.
  • Show a client one screenshot of your last 9 Instagram posts when we propose you, only if you tick that box. Never your username, bio or followers. Basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 7; UAE Federal Decree Law 45 of 2021, art. 4 and 6) and, for your image, Italian Law 633/1941, art. 96. You can withdraw it in your profile at any time: the screenshot is deleted at once.
  • Promote Cover Page with your name, photos and videos, only if you tick that box. Basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and your image rights.
  • Contact you about jobs by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or phone and send the newsletter, each only if you tick it. Basis: consent.
  • Keep records of consents, bookings and payments, keep the platform safe and defend legal claims. Basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f).

Matching to jobs is automatic, but a person on our team reviews every profile and decides every booking.

4. Who sees your data

The Cover Page team. A client sees only what a specific job needs: stage or first name, photos, videos, specialty, languages, city, and age band or height when the job asks for them. Clients never receive your contact details, date of birth, nationality, work authorisation or rate range, except the data a permit for that booking legally requires. Our providers, under contract: Google (database, file storage and email) and GitHub (hosting of these pages). We never sell your data.

5. Where it is stored and transfers

On Google servers, which may be in the EU, the United States or elsewhere; transfers rely on Google's EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU US Data Privacy Framework. Our team works from the UAE and Italy. Data moves between the EU and the UAE because you ask us to work with you there and to perform bookings (GDPR art. 49.1.b), with confidentiality duties for everyone on our team.

6. How long we keep it

As long as your profile is active. We may delete profiles after 24 months without any contact, after telling you. When you delete your profile it leaves the roster at once; photos and files go to deleted items, emptied within 30 days. We keep booking, invoice and payment records, and a short record of your consents and of the deletion, without photos, only as long as tax and civil law require (in Italy up to 10 years).

7. Your rights

From your desk you can see, correct, download and delete your data and change every optional choice. You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object, and withdraw any consent, by writing to info@coverpageagency.com. We answer within one month. You can complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or to the UAE Data Office.

8. Age

The roster is only for people aged 18 or over. Profiles of minors are deleted as soon as we see them.

9. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Photos and files sit in a private storage area, not public on the internet, and only our team can open them. On your device, the create page keeps an unfinished draft so you do not lose it if the connection drops; it is removed when your profile is created, or with Start over.

10. Cookies

These pages use no tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a login key and, while you create your profile, a draft on your device.

11. Changes

If this notice changes we update the date above, and we tell you in your desk or by email when the change matters.
