1. What Cover Page Artists is, and what it is not
A free, private roster of artists, performers, models, hosts and creative crew. Cover Page Agency sells event services to its clients (entertainment, staffing, photo and video, event planning) and engages artists from the roster to deliver them.
Cover Page Artists is not an employment agency or a job board. We do not place you with employers and clients cannot browse the roster or post jobs on it. The jobs in your desk are engagements Cover Page has taken on, or is preparing, for its own clients. When you accept one, your contract is with Cover Page (or a partner company we name in the booking), not with the client. Joining is free and does not guarantee work.
2. Your profile and age
You are 18 or older, the details you give are true and you keep them up to date. We ask for your date of birth to check your age and to match you to jobs; clients see your age or age band only when a job needs it, never your date of birth. We review every profile and may decline, pause or remove a profile, for example if details are false or a booking goes badly.
3.1 You keep your rights. Everything you upload stays yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your photos, videos, music or any other material to Cover Page.
3.2 What you confirm. The photos, videos and links you add are your own work, or you have written or clear permission from everyone who owns rights in them: photographer, videographer, editor, agency, models, musicians and the owners of any music, artwork, brand or location shown. Every identifiable person shown has agreed to appear. No minors, nothing unlawful, defamatory or explicit. You answer for any claim that arises because you did not have these rights.
3.3 Licence to show you to clients (required). To be on the roster you give Capital Prime FZE, trading as Cover Page Agency, and its Italian operations a free, non exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, resize and crop for layout, and show your profile, photos, videos and links to prospective clients and event partners, in proposals, presentations, shared links and client portals, for the sole purpose of proposing you for jobs. We do not alter how you look or the substance of your work.
3.4 Licence to promote Cover Page (optional). If you tick this choice, we may also use your name, photos and videos to promote our own services: our website, social media, newsletters, presentations, case studies and paid promotion of Cover Page. We credit you where we reasonably can; leaving a credit out of a small or space limited format is not a breach. We never use your material to endorse a third party product or brand without your approval, we never sell or license it to third parties or stock libraries, and we never use it to train artificial intelligence models.
3.5 Your image and personal data. You consent to the publication of your image only as set out in 3.3 and 3.4, under the image and copyright laws that apply in the United Arab Emirates and in Italy (including Italian Law 633/1941 and the Civil Code on image rights), and your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the UAE and EU data protection laws that apply to you.
3.6 Removal and duration. The licences last while your profile is on the roster. You can change the optional choice at any time in your profile. You can ask us to remove your material by email or by deleting your profile. We then remove it from our website, social channels and active proposals within 30 days. We cannot take back material already delivered to a client for a confirmed job, or copies other people have shared on their own channels.
3.7 No payment for portfolio use. Showing you and promoting Cover Page as described above is unpaid. A client may use your material in its own advertising only after booking you and only with a separate No Objection Certificate (NOC) signed by you, which sets the use, channels, duration and fee. Our client contracts forbid any other use: clients may use your material only to choose artists for the job.
3.8 High resolution is expected. Please upload original, uncompressed photos, at least Full HD and 4K welcome, and links to Full HD or 4K video. We use them for clients and promotion.
3.9 Creative crew. If you are a photographer, videographer, editor, designer or other creative, your portfolio stays your property and the licences above cover only showing it as your portfolio and, if you opted in, promoting Cover Page with it.
4. Jobs and direct contact
Your desk shows all jobs by status, and the details only of jobs that match your profile. If you agree, we also contact you about jobs by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or phone. We choose artists by fit, availability and reliability and cannot promise a booking.
Free, always. We never ask you for money or any other payment to join, to stay on the roster, to see jobs or to be proposed or booked, directly or indirectly.
Fast lane. Artists who earn 3 tokens from missions within 90 days see new jobs that match them 48 hours before everyone else. After those 48 hours every matching artist sees the job and can apply, whether or not they did missions. Artists we invite to a job always see it at once.
5. Bookings
Every booking is confirmed in writing by Cover Page with fee, times, place, dress code and payment terms. You work as an independent professional, not as an employee, and you are free to accept or decline any job. Once confirmed, you show up on time and prepared, behave professionally and do not cancel except for serious, documented reasons. A replacement may perform only with our approval.
Clients you meet through Cover Page are booked through Cover Page for 12 months after the event: please send any direct request from them back to us. This protects the client relationships we build and pay for.
6. Permits, tax and social security
You are responsible for your own taxes and for your right to work where you are based. For each booking we tell you which permits the client or Cover Page arranges: in the UAE, event and performer permits; in Italy, for self employed performers, the INPS certificate of agibilità, which the organiser requests and for which you give us the details needed. We ask for your nationality, country of residence and work authorisation only to know which permits a booking needs; you can leave work authorisation empty and tell us when a job comes.
7. Missions
Missions are light and optional ways to help the Cover Page name be found online. They earn tokens, which give early access to new jobs (fast lane, section 4). They are never a condition to stay on the roster, to see a matching job once it is open to all, or to be booked, and they never cost you anything.
When you mention Cover Page in public, always say clearly that you work with us, for example with #collab or #adv in Italy. In the UAE, posts made for a reward may count as advertising under the UAE Media Council rules, which can require an advertiser permit: only do missions you are allowed to do. Never post fake reviews or pretend to be a client. We never reward reviews.
8. Tokens
Tokens are a roster feature, not money: they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and they never decide who gets a job. They unlock the fast lane: earlier access to new jobs that match you. Rewards and fast lane rules may change, and we tell you in your desk. Tokens end when a profile is deleted.
9. Newsletter
The Cover Page newsletter is a separate choice. You can say no at sign up and stop it at any time from your profile or from any email.
10. Your data
How we use your data, including your date of birth, nationality and work authorisation, is explained in the Roster privacy notice. You can download or delete your profile and photos at any time from your artist desk.
11. Responsibility
You answer for the material you upload and for your conduct at bookings. We answer for our own obligations to you; we are not responsible for what a client does outside the booking we arranged. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence or injury.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and tell you in your artist desk before changes apply; the optional choices always stay yours to change. These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without removing any protection the law of the country where you live gives you. If you live in the European Union, your rights under the GDPR and Italian law always apply. The English and Italian versions have the same meaning; if they differ, the version in your language applies to you.

1. Cos'è Cover Page Artists, e cosa non è
Un roster gratuito e privato di artisti, performer, modelle, presentatori e crew creativa. Cover Page Agency vende servizi per eventi ai propri clienti (intrattenimento, staff, foto e video, organizzazione eventi) e ingaggia gli artisti del roster per realizzarli.
Cover Page Artists non è un'agenzia per il lavoro né una bacheca di annunci. Non collochiamo persone presso datori di lavoro e i clienti non possono consultare il roster né pubblicarvi lavori. I lavori nel tuo desk sono incarichi che Cover Page ha assunto, o sta preparando, per i propri clienti. Quando ne accetti uno, il tuo contratto è con Cover Page (o con una società partner indicata nell'ingaggio), non con il cliente. L'iscrizione è gratuita e non garantisce lavoro.
2. Il tuo profilo e l'età
Hai almeno 18 anni, i dati che fornisci sono veri e li tieni aggiornati. Chiediamo la data di nascita per verificare l'età e abbinarti ai lavori; i clienti vedono la tua età o fascia di età solo se serve per un lavoro, mai la data di nascita. Esaminiamo ogni profilo e possiamo rifiutarlo, sospenderlo o rimuoverlo, per esempio se i dati sono falsi o un ingaggio va male.
3.1 Mantieni i tuoi diritti. Tutto ciò che carichi resta tuo. Nulla in questi termini trasferisce a Cover Page la proprietà di foto, video, musica o altro materiale.
3.2 Cosa confermi. Foto, video e link che aggiungi sono opera tua, oppure hai il consenso scritto o chiaro di chi detiene diritti su di essi: fotografo, videomaker, montatore, agenzia, modelli, musicisti e titolari di musica, opere, marchi o luoghi mostrati. Ogni persona riconoscibile ha accettato di comparire. Nessun minore, nulla di illecito, diffamatorio o esplicito. Rispondi di ogni pretesa che nasca dal fatto di non avere questi diritti.
3.3 Licenza per mostrarti ai clienti (obbligatoria). Per far parte del roster concedi a Capital Prime FZE, operante come Cover Page Agency, e alle sue attività in Italia una licenza gratuita, non esclusiva e valida in tutto il mondo per conservare, copiare, ridimensionare e ritagliare per l'impaginazione e mostrare il tuo profilo, le foto, i video e i link a potenziali clienti e partner di eventi, in proposte, presentazioni, link condivisi e portali clienti, al solo scopo di proporti per lavori. Non alteriamo il tuo aspetto né la sostanza del tuo lavoro.
3.4 Licenza per promuovere Cover Page (facoltativa). Se spunti questa scelta possiamo usare il tuo nome, le foto e i video anche per promuovere i nostri servizi: sito, social, newsletter, presentazioni, casi studio e promozione a pagamento di Cover Page. Ti citiamo dove ragionevolmente possibile; omettere il credito in formati piccoli o con poco spazio non è una violazione. Non usiamo mai il tuo materiale per sostenere un prodotto o marchio di terzi senza la tua approvazione, non lo vendiamo né lo concediamo a terzi o a banche di immagini e non lo usiamo per addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale.
3.5 La tua immagine e i tuoi dati. Acconsenti alla pubblicazione della tua immagine solo come indicato in 3.3 e 3.4, secondo le norme su immagine e diritto d'autore applicabili negli Emirati Arabi Uniti e in Italia (inclusi la legge 633/1941 e il Codice civile sul diritto all'immagine); i tuoi dati personali sono trattati secondo la nostra Privacy Policy e le leggi sulla protezione dei dati degli EAU e dell'UE che ti riguardano.
3.6 Rimozione e durata. Le licenze durano finché il tuo profilo è nel roster. Puoi modificare la scelta facoltativa in qualsiasi momento nel profilo. Puoi chiederci di rimuovere il tuo materiale via email o cancellando il profilo. Lo rimuoviamo da sito, social e proposte attive entro 30 giorni. Non possiamo ritirare il materiale già consegnato a un cliente per un ingaggio confermato, né le copie condivise da altri sui propri canali.
3.7 Nessun compenso per l'uso a portfolio. Mostrarti e promuovere Cover Page come sopra è gratuito. Un cliente può usare il tuo materiale nella propria pubblicità solo dopo averti ingaggiato e solo con un Certificato di Non Obiezione (NOC) separato firmato da te, che stabilisce uso, canali, durata e compenso. I nostri contratti con i clienti vietano ogni altro uso: i clienti possono usare il tuo materiale solo per scegliere gli artisti per il lavoro.
3.8 Si richiede alta risoluzione. Carica foto originali, non compresse, almeno Full HD, 4K benvenuto, e link a video Full HD o 4K. Le usiamo per i clienti e la promozione.
3.9 Creativi e crew. Se sei fotografo, videomaker, montatore, designer o altro creativo, il tuo portfolio resta di tua proprietà e le licenze sopra coprono solo il mostrarlo come tuo portfolio e, se hai aderito, la promozione di Cover Page con esso.
4. Lavori e contatto diretto
Il tuo desk mostra tutti i lavori per stato, e i dettagli solo dei lavori adatti al tuo profilo. Se lo accetti, ti contattiamo anche via email, WhatsApp, Telegram o telefono. Scegliamo gli artisti per affinità, disponibilità e affidabilità e non possiamo promettere un ingaggio.
Sempre gratis. Non ti chiediamo mai denaro o altri compensi per iscriverti, restare nel roster, vedere i lavori o essere proposto o ingaggiato, né direttamente né indirettamente.
Corsia veloce. Chi guadagna 3 token con le missioni entro 90 giorni vede i nuovi lavori in linea con il proprio profilo 48 ore prima di tutti. Dopo quelle 48 ore ogni artista in linea vede il lavoro e può candidarsi, che abbia fatto missioni o no. Gli artisti che invitiamo a un lavoro lo vedono sempre subito.
5. Ingaggi
Ogni ingaggio è confermato per iscritto da Cover Page con compenso, orari, luogo, dress code e pagamento. Lavori come professionista indipendente, non come dipendente, e sei libero di accettare o rifiutare ogni lavoro. Una volta confermato, arrivi puntuale e preparato, ti comporti in modo professionale e non annulli se non per motivi gravi e documentati. Un sostituto può esibirsi solo con la nostra approvazione.
I clienti conosciuti tramite Cover Page si ingaggiano tramite Cover Page per 12 mesi dopo l'evento: inoltraci ogni loro richiesta diretta. Così proteggiamo i rapporti con i clienti che costruiamo e paghiamo.
6. Permessi, tasse e contributi
Sei responsabile delle tue tasse e del tuo diritto di lavorare dove risiedi. Per ogni ingaggio ti diciamo quali permessi organizzano il cliente o Cover Page: negli EAU, i permessi per eventi e artisti; in Italia, per i lavoratori autonomi dello spettacolo, il certificato di agibilità INPS, richiesto dall'organizzatore, per il quale ci fornisci i dati necessari. Chiediamo nazionalità, paese di residenza e permesso di lavoro solo per sapere quali permessi servono per un ingaggio; puoi lasciare vuoto il permesso di lavoro e indicarlo quando arriva un lavoro.
7. Missioni
Le missioni sono modi leggeri e facoltativi per aiutare il nome Cover Page a farsi trovare online. Fanno guadagnare token, che danno accesso anticipato ai nuovi lavori (corsia veloce, sezione 4). Non sono mai una condizione per restare nel roster, vedere un lavoro in linea una volta aperto a tutti o essere ingaggiato, e non ti costano mai nulla.
Quando parli di Cover Page in pubblico, di' sempre chiaramente che lavori con noi, per esempio con #collab o #adv. Negli EAU i post fatti in cambio di un premio possono essere considerati pubblicità secondo le regole del UAE Media Council, che possono richiedere un permesso da inserzionista: fai solo le missioni che ti sono consentite. Non pubblicare mai recensioni false e non fingerti cliente. Non premiamo mai le recensioni.
8. Token
I token sono una funzione del roster, non denaro: non si comprano, non si vendono, non si cedono e non si convertono in contanti, e non decidono mai chi ottiene un lavoro. Sbloccano la corsia veloce: accesso anticipato ai nuovi lavori in linea con te. Premi e regole della corsia veloce possono cambiare, e te lo comunichiamo nel desk. I token si annullano con la cancellazione del profilo.
9. Newsletter
La newsletter Cover Page è una scelta separata. Puoi rifiutarla all'iscrizione e interromperla in qualsiasi momento dal profilo o da qualsiasi email.
10. I tuoi dati
Come usiamo i tuoi dati, compresi data di nascita, nazionalità e permesso di lavoro, è spiegato nell'Informativa privacy del roster. Puoi scaricare o cancellare profilo e foto in qualsiasi momento dal tuo desk artista.
11. Responsabilità
Rispondi del materiale che carichi e della tua condotta negli ingaggi. Noi rispondiamo dei nostri obblighi verso di te; non siamo responsabili di ciò che un cliente fa al di fuori dell'ingaggio che abbiamo organizzato. Nulla in questi termini limita la responsabilità che la legge non consente di limitare, come in caso di frode, colpa grave o danni alla persona.
12. Modifiche e legge applicabile
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini e te lo comunichiamo nel desk artista prima che si applichino; le scelte facoltative restano sempre modificabili da te. Questi termini seguono la legge degli Emirati Arabi Uniti, senza togliere alcuna tutela prevista dalla legge del Paese in cui vivi. Se vivi nell'Unione Europea, i tuoi diritti ai sensi del GDPR e della legge italiana restano sempre applicabili. Le versioni inglese e italiana hanno lo stesso significato; se differiscono, si applica a te la versione nella tua lingua.
